Who we are looking for:
We’re seeking a well-rounded, multi-disciplinary graphic Designer who is excited to build and scale branding systems across a wide range of mediums. You’re comfortable moving between presentation decks, digital marketing campaigns, brand collateral, and occasional environmental or packaging projects. You adapt quickly when learning new formats and creative mediums. You take ownership of your work, care deeply about craft and consistency, and collaborate closely with graphic teammates as well as UX, motion, and account partners to deliver cohesive creative solutions.
Your responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the graphic team and cross-disciplinary partners to execute brainstorming, concepting, design, presentation, and documentation of solutions
- Translate branding systems across multi-channel collateral including presentation decks, digital campaigns, and printed materials such as environmental graphics and packaging
- Own smaller projects end-to-end and contribute meaningfully to larger initiatives
- Work independently on client and internal projects while managing multiple deadlines
- Articulate ideas and design rationale clearly, both verbally and in writing
- Drive visual solutions that align with client objectives and brand strategy while maintaining MOJO’s quality standards
- Adapt quickly to new formats, tools, and creative challenges as project needs evolve
- Anticipate production needs and prepare files for clean, accurate handoff
- Maintain visual consistency across accounts and campaigns
Your skills and experience:
- A design-related bachelor’s or master’s degree
- 2–5 years of experience in an agency or comparable creative environment
- Strong portfolio demonstrating branding systems, campaign development, and multi-channel execution
- Advanced typography, layout, and visual systems thinking
- Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills
- Openness to critique, collaboration, and co-authorship
- Eagerness to grow, learn new mediums, and expand your craft
- Strong time management and organizational skills across multiple deadlines
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel), and Google Slides.
Salary Range:
$70,000 – $105,000
This role may be filled in multiple geographic markets, and the salary range reflects those location-based differences. Final compensation will depend on location, experience, and role scope.
