Who we are looking for:
We’re seeking a Junior Program Manager to join our growing team and support the planning and execution of cross-functional initiatives that drive key business priorities. This role is ideal for an organized, proactive team player who’s excited to help bring strategic programs to life in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
You’ll work closely with Program Managers and cross-functional partners to track progress, coordinate timelines, and maintain alignment across teams. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who enjoys juggling multiple priorities, brings a solutions-oriented mindset, and is eager to drive outcomes through well-executed programs.
Your responsibilities:
- Support the planning and execution of cross-functional programs, from early coordination through day-to-day delivery
- Drive alignment across cross-functional teams by coordinating meetings, agendas, notes, and follow-ups that keep work moving forward
- Translate program goals, updates, risks, and dependencies into clear, timely communications for stakeholders
- Own and maintain core program documentation, including project plans, status updates, decision logs, and action items
- Identify potential risks and issues early, providing context and thoughtful recommendations when escalating
- Help establish and maintain operational rhythms including check-ins, status reviews, and retrospectives to support strong execution
- Support Program Leads in synthesizing information and turning complex inputs into clear, actionable program narratives
- Bring a proactive mindset to identifying gaps, inefficiencies, or opportunities to improve how teams work together
- Support the preparation of client-ready materials, summaries, and updates that reflect clarity, professionalism, and attention to detail
- Collaborate with internal teams to support client-facing programs and initiatives, ensuring high standards of organization and follow-through
Your skills and experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 1-3 years of relevant project or program management experience
